Creative Mermaids is not about the hustle. Although we do respect there is a time and place for it. What it is about is living a creative and vibrant life as defined by you!

Too often we fall prey to marketing tactics and gimmicks to make us panic and fork over our hard earned cash for a solution that is not even what we want!

This book and course is about honoring your goals as part of your journey. 

At Creative Mermaids we believe that creativity and our lives are like the seasons. There is a time to plant and a time to reap and a time to let things happen beneath the surface when above it appears that nothing is happening at all. The problem comes when we try to skip our seasons. When we think that everyone should be in sync. And then we beat ourselves up instead of respecting where we are.

Of course, it can also be hard to tell, especially during the transition periods, where we are.

Am I being lazy? Is this resistance to my work? Am I just terrified to be visible and I am telling myself that this is my winter phase?

This is where regular check-ins and deep dives help. Only you can truly know the answers to these questions. Yet, we have been trained since babies to listen to other people rather than ourselves.

Creative Mermaids helps you to learn to trust yourself. Regular check-ins and tracking can help you find out what works for you as defined by you.

This isn't about getting it perfect. This is about getting it right.

Because our motto comes from Anais Ninn:

The book is meant to help you see how far you have come with an easy glance. With daily and monthly check-ins and assessments, you can see what is working and what is not, as well as still being able to celebrate being in full motion. And the mini course helps you maximize the book and your potential.

This is the coaching I wish I had had when I started out. Even though most people assume I am an extrovert because I can bubble over with passion, it is that very passion that leaves me terrified of set phone times.

Although the internet has allowed us this amazing place to connect anywhere in the world in real time, the very thought of internet failure or a time zone fail had me refusing to offer my services for a long time.

And yet I felt the call to help people through their messy middles. That not enough people talk about what happens in that phase. Too many focus on the spectacular results of caterpillar and the butterfly, and then too many people feel that when the dissolving is too much they have failed themselves.

I want to talk more about that. I want you to know that is where the wisdom is. That is where you are wrapped in a cocoon, even if you yourself do not know it at the time.

I once read a great quote, if it isn't ok it isn't over.

I want to help you through that, and get you creating again.

At your time when you need it.  You express what you want to share.
